Your device

For BEST results, complete the course in one of these browsers*:

Windows: Google Chrome or Firefox (latest versions)
Mac: Safari 7 and later, Google Chrome (latest version)

*The software may not perform well in Internet Explorer or Edge. If you experience any problems with those, please switch to one of the browsers above.

If you are using a mobile device, some features may not work as expected. The courses aren’t yet responsive, so for best results, view them in landscape.

Your Account

  • You should have received a login and password when you registered for the course. Keep this information should you need to login at a later date to resume a course or retrieve a certificate. We recommend that you print or save your certificate upon completing a course.
  • If you need to pause a course, log off and log back in when you need to resume. Access the My Account page to view your progress for any course.

Your Certificate

  • You should print or save your certificate immediately upon completing a course. Depending on your operating system and browser, it may take several seconds for the certificate to appear on screen.
  • Check your email inbox for an additional copy of the certificate in PDF format. Always save a copy of the certificate for your records. Neither PCANC nor your employer is responsible to provide copies if you need a copy in the future.
